If you would like to contact us by phone, we are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.

You can leave messages with us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our secure voice-mail system.


Ordering Alternatives

If you would prefer, you can order via email, fax or phone. To do this, please provide the following information:

  • Name (and item number if known) of each item you would like to purchase.
  • The quantity of each item you would like to purchase.
  • Your billing address. (The address your credit card statements are sent to.)
  • The address you want the items shipped to (if different from billing address)
  • Credit card information (type: Visa/Mastercard/American Express/, number, expiration month and year)
  • Your phone number

Can I Pay Using a Purchase Order ?

Giant Mart welcomes School, municipality, district, registered non-profit organization and other government agency Purchase Orders. We must receive the hardcopy of your PO by fax or e-mail before your order can be processed.

To submit your PO via phone, please call 1-800-397-2795
You may also place your PO order online using our regular online order process. Please complete all of the required fields and type your PO number in the "Comments" section of the order. Choose purchase order at the checkout.

To submit your PO via fax simply send the fax to 1-866-895-2761. Please be sure your name and a complete day-time phone number is noted on the fax as well as an active email address we can use to confirm receipt of your order.


How to cancel an order ?

If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please call our customer service line at 1-800-397-2795. While we will make every effort to cancel your order before it leaves the warehouse, please understand that this is not always possible.

All standard item will be cancelled at no charge if not ship yet. Custom made products can't be cancelled when the production process is on the way.

Restocking fee may apply.


How Do I Modify My Personal Information ?

You can update any billing or shipping information by login to site or you can call our customer service department at 1-800-397-2795.


How Can I Opt Out of your e-mail newsletter and promotional list ?

Giant Mart does not sell, rent, or give away your personal information to other companies. We do send email newsletters to customers who sign up for it, and also provide email notifications to existing customers regarding valuable information such as sales and promotions.

To unsubscribe to the 3W Giant Mart e-mail list you just have to use the link at the bottom of the e-mail and unsubscribe.


What if the item I have ordered is Backorder Or Out Of Stock ?

If the product that you ordered is not able to arrive to you within the normal and reasonnable lead time, you will be notified by phone or by email of the estimated ship date.

You will be able to let us know either to keep your order active or to cancel the backorder.


When Will My Order Ship ?

Many items ship within 1-3 business days, item such as landing mats and padding usually ship within 7-10 business days and finally some manufacturing upon order item will be ship within 10-15 business days unless otherwise specified when placing the order. Some more complicated manufacturing item such as bleacher may take 1 month.

That lead time does not included the transit time that the carrier required.
