For standard consumer goods, we do our best to ship all orders within the first 72h, if the product is in stock and should arrive to your door within 15 days. If not in stock, we will advise you as soon as possible and you will be able to decide to wait for the product to become available again or cancel / refund your order.
For institutional sports equipment, it usually varies from 3 to 6 weeks because of the volume and time required to prepare the order.
For customized products such as gym mats, wall pads, netting, column pads and floors, timelines will vary depending on production availability at the manufacture. Typical timelines are 4 to 6 weeks. You will be advised of the delay after your order.
Shipments within Canada, the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and U.S. military locations may be shipped via a variety of carriers. UPS Ground is our primary shipping method.
However, depending on the products ordered and their destinations, your items may ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, Sameday Right Away Ground, Clarke, US or Canada Mail, or truck.
Orders addressed to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses will ship via U.S. Mail only. Some products cannot be shipped by U.S. Mail, in which case a physical street address will be required to deliver the order via alternate carrier.
If you prefer using your own carrier or shipping account, contact us and provide your account number and we will call your shipper when your order is ready.
Many of our products are large and/or heavy and are therefore generally very expensive to ship via expedited delivery methods. Nevertheless, feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for expedited delivery.

In order to determine your shipping cost, we calculate an average which you can decide to pay by processing your order payment directly in our site. If you prefer to pay the exact shipping cost, you can contact us and we will quote you precisely. Most of the time, you saved money by paying our average estimated cost.
At the moment, for all standard consumer goods orders, we charge a flat 30$. If shipping rates for the items are unreasonable, we will contact you for an adjustment.
For institutional clients, we will provide you with the final shipping rates when we provide you with your quote.
For custom items, shipping rates will be provided in your quote prior to placing your order.
Shipping Rate Exceptions
Orders shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states (e.g. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.) incur additional shipping costs. Orders addressed to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses will ship via U.S.
Mail only and may incur additional shipping costs. If additional shipping costs are incurred, customer service will contact you with the additional shipping costs for approval prior to shipment. In case of any error in the shipping cost we reserve the right to get an hold on your order until our customer service contact you for approval of revised shipping cost.
We will never billed shipping cost that is not approved by our customer first.
We may ask to provide a Tax ID number or SSN number for freight shipment coming from Canada. It's a requirement from US security department and it is use for custom clearance.
