Yes, you can update all billing or shipping information by logging into your account. In the "My Account" section, you will have access to update your profile information, place an order with one click, consult or modify orders, cancel orders, print invoices, etc.

If you have difficulty accessing your account, you may need to retrieve the account setup email we sent you the first time you placed an order with us. In any case, if you cannot retrieve it, you can also call our customer service at 1-888-209-0004.

Yes, Giantmart.com (3W Giant Mart) does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties. We send email newsletters and promotions to customers who have interacted with us in the past. Our commitment is to send you only relevant communications, with fewer than two emails per month. You were added when you made a purchase, left your email address for a question, or signed up for our newsletter.

To unsubscribe from our email list, find the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our marketing email, and you will no longer receive emails from us.

Orders and quotes

Add your products to your cart and click the checkout button, follow the secure checkout steps and complete the online forms. If you encounter any issues, please contact us.

Call us at 1-888-209-0004 and select option 1 for Sales. One of our representative will respond and help you place your order. If in any case we are busy, you can wait on the line or leave us a message with your contact information and we'll get back to you.

EMAIL ORDER
If you would prefer, you can order via email, fax or phone. To do this, please provide the following information:

  • Name (and item number if known) of each item you would like to purchase.
  • The quantity of each item you would like to purchase.
  • Your billing address. (The address your credit card statements are sent to.)
  • The address you want the items shipped to (if different from billing address)
  • Credit card information (type: Visa/Mastercard/American Express/, number, expiration month and year)
  • Your phone number

Giant Mart welcomes School, municipality, district, registered non-profit organization and other government agency Purchase Orders. We must receive the hardcopy of your PO by fax or e-mail before your order can be processed.

You can place your PO order online using our regular online order process. Please complete all of the required fields and type your PO number in the "Comments" section of the order. Choose purchase order at checkout payment and you will be invoiced net 30.

To submit your PO via fax, simply send the fax to 1-866-895-2761. Please be sure your name and a complete day-time phone number is noted on the fax as well as an active email address we can use to confirm receipt of your order.

For tax exemption, we only need to get your tax exempt certificate and we’ll set your email profile account with tax exemption automatically.

Going forward, regardless of how you place an order, online (via purchase order checkout) or by quote with one of our agent; it will be tax exempt.

You can send your tax exempt certificate by email at [email protected] and specify which email address it should apply to.

Yes! You can add more items at any time by placing a new order online or calling us with your invoice number.

You can change quantities by logging into your account. Go to the Order History section at the end of each order to change quantities.

Exception: Once your order has been sent to production for customization, shipped out, or delivered, it will not be possible to change your order at that time. Please contact us under this specific circumstances to discuss your options.

If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please call our customer service line at 1-888-209-0004. While we will make every effort to cancel your order before it leaves the warehouse, please understand that this is not always possible.

All standard item will be cancelled at no charge if not ship yet. Custom made products can't be cancelled when the production process is on the way.

Restocking fees may apply.

If the product that you ordered is not able to arrive to you within the normal and reasonnable lead time, you will be notified by phone or by email of the estimated ship date.

You will be able to let us know either to keep your order active or to cancel the backorder.

Yes. We sell to private companies, public and private organizations, non-profit organizations, and individuals.

Use our online submission portal. Easily attach any purchasing lists, plans and specifications, or installation requirements as needed, or send your product list, quantities, and contact information to [email protected]

Products & Services

Yes, upon request. We can source specific references or equivalent alternatives according to your needs.

Many items are customizable. Indicate your requirements (logo, colors, dimensions, quantities) and we will confirm feasibility, lead time, and costs.

To obtain customizable items, please request a quote.

The minimum warranty offered by Giantmart.com is 30 days on all products.

For our house brands, the warranty can be up to 1 year depending with the exception of electronics 90 days.

In addition, the warranty is often extended with the manufacturer's warranty and in this case, it depends on the manufacturer.

Keep your proof of purchase and contact us for any claims. In all warranty cases, we offer client support.

We strive to offer as many products as possible from US manufacturers but it's not always possible. In this case, we take care of cross-border operations and related fees. Duty fees could be charged but we will contact you upfront in any case there are.

Indicate “USA preference” when you submit a request and we will suggest local options when available for your quote.

Your order will be back in stock and will be delivered as soon as it is available. We will offer an estimated restocking date or an equivalent alternative if the item cannot be delivered within an acceptable timeframe.

If you require an item by a specific date, please indicate your constraints when purchasing online and we will do our best to meet this target.

Possible on some items; when this is the case, you will find the information directly on the product page and order online. We generally provide the estimated waiting time before delivery.

If your product is broken and/or a part is missing, please contact us for parts availability. We will attempt to find the parts required to extend the life of your product.

Payment and Billing

All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Affirm Financing, and, upon approval, purchase orders (POs) for public/parapublic organizations.

Interac e-Transfers and bank transfers are also available; please contact us if this is the case.

Yes, simply place your order using your organization's email address and add the PO number in the "Order Notes" section.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and only when the billing address is provided.

Yes. A detailed invoice is sent by email once the order is processed. In this email, you will have a link to download your official, printable invoice in PDF format.

Shipping and packaging

They vary depending on the product (stock, made to order, personalized) and the destination. We confirm the estimate during the quote or after ordering.

  • Standard products in inventory 3-7 business days
  • Large products in inventory 5-10 business days

Yes. We deliver sports equipment nationwide (48 states).

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc. incur additional shipping costs. 

If additional shipping costs are incurred, customer service will contact you with the additional shipping costs for approval prior to shipment. In case of any error in the shipping cost we reserve the right to get an hold on your order until our customer service contact you for approval of revised shipping cost.

Yes. We are able to ship to other countries around the world. We will contact you after your order to confirm duty fees, brokerage and delivery charges.

You will have the option to accept the charges or not. If you decline, we will refund you immediately.

Yes. Please notify us by email with your order number or in the order notes when purchasing.

Yes. Please provide on-site contact information, opening hours, and access instructions when ordering.

You will receive an email with the tracking number and information about the carrier and shipping type.

In addition, with an account, you can view your orders, delivery status, and tracking numbers.

Shipping costs are displayed in the cart/checkout after adding your shipping address. If your costs are unusually high, please contact us and we will verify them.

Heavy/bulky items may require analysis by our team. You will be charged a preliminary price, and our team will contact you to provide a separate final shipping price. You will have the option to accept or decline the price. If you decline, a refund will be issued immediately.

While we try to avoid  tariffs with all our products by sourcing from manufactures in the USA, it's inevitable that some items are made elsewhere in the world and may incur additional charges based on the Federal Government rates at time of shipping for the country of origin. Those tariffs are not calculated at checkout since it's only applicable when it passes the border. We may in these cases ask you for an extra payment to cover the tariffs.

Note :
We will never billed shipping cost that is not approved by our customer first.

We may ask to provide your SSN number for shipment coming from outside the USA and for any business or organization, we will require your EIN number. It's a requirement from CBP US security department and it is used for custom clearance. Please visit the CBP website for more information.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted subject to the displayed conditions and the condition of the items. Obtain an authorization number before returning any item. Review our policy before returning your item.

You must report within 48 hours of receipt with photos and order number sent to [email protected]
